We are currently seeking Hosts/Hostess, Baristas, Sleigh Attendants, & Sleigh Greeters to work at our fine dining and casual locations, both on the mountain and in our hotel properties, for the 2015 – 2016 winter season here in Breckenridge, CO

The Host/Hostess is responsible for ensuring that all Resort guests have the highest quality food and beverage experience possible by providing exceptional host skills to include; courteous telephone skills, proper handling of reservations, greeting guests, seating guests, monitoring the flow/pace of the dining room, offering support to servers/server attendants and acknowledging departing guests with a kind remark. This position is also responsible for taking care of future reservations and maintaining wait list, and other duties as assigned.

The Barista is responsible for ensuring that all Resort guests have the highest quality food and beverage experience possible by providing exceptional barista skills to include; Provides customers with prompt, quality coffee selection, purchase, and preparation. The barista ensures customers and employees will experience a friendly, upbeat and clean atmosphere.

The Sleigh Attendant/Greeter is responsible for greeting our startlight dinner guests on their journey to 10 mile station. This includes checking in guests and ensuring their safety while riding on our speciality snowcat pulled sleigh. 

What we are looking for:

  • Individuals who are passionate about guest service and the hospitality/ski industry
  • English Proficiency
  • Able to work the entire season (November– April)
  • Some experience in food and beverage or guest service
  • Flexibility is a must, and typically most hours will be on weekends and holidays.

Sevens 

Sevens is nestled at 10,010ft on the base of Peak 7 and features a 2 ½ ton open hearth oven, a warm atmosphere and a great patio with breathtaking views. 

Ski Hill Grill

Ski Hill Grill offers delicious food with unrivaled convenience. Located at the base of Peak 8, experience excellent dining just steps from the lifts.

T-Bar

The exciting, fun après ski atmosphere of the T-Bar makes it a local’s favorite. Not only can guests enjoy their favorite beverages with spectacular views, but the après ski food specials and fun, friendly atmosphere will make for an unparalleled experience after a day on the slopes.

TenMile Station

Whether you're in the mood for a mountainside meal during a day on the slopes, or a gourmet four-course dinner after dusk, TenMile Station offers delicious dining experiences for any palate. During skiing hours, TenMile Station offers up a variety of gourmet choices served food-court style with local, organic ingredients incorporated into classic slopeside fare.

The Living Room

The Living Room Restaurant and Bar offers a slopeside casual atmosphere with exquisite cuisine. Located inside One Ski Hill Place the unpretentious and inviting atmosphere welcomes guests straight off the slopes for breakfast and lunch, as well as providing a comfortable, romantic setting for a skillfully prepared dinner. Stop in for an apres beer or cocktail or any time of day to try the excellent selection of wines.

The Maggie

The Maggie features a beautiful deck with a mountain aspect, family friendly service, with a fun, casual atmosphere and live music. 

Vista Haus

Enjoy lunch with the best views of the Continental Divide. Serving pizza, soups, burgers, brats, burritos and fresh made salads, the Vista Haus is a great spot to stop for lunch.
