Commercial Insurance Account Manager
Manpower is looking for an enthusiastic, team player with organization skills and an attention to detail to fill an open position for a Property & Casualty Account Manager.
A well suited candidate will be responsible for providing a high level customer experience and managing a lot of the behind-the-scenes policy administration. A qualified person will be interacting with customers and prospective customers to provide information in response to inquiries about insurance. They will manage or assist in managing the insurance programs for clients including preparing applications, obtaining and reviewing quotes, binding policies, checking policies, requesting endorsements, marketing renewals, etc.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary client service point of contact to the insured handling a host of different issues that come up including changes in exposure, additions and cancellations of policies, billing and claims concerns, renewal preparation and marketing; creating documents and communicating with the consultants on updates.
Answer questions about coverage and pricing, create and execute the renewal cycle, coordinate all renewal marketing.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Confer with customers by telephone or in person in order to provide information about products and services, to take orders or cancel accounts.
Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
Maintain relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts.
Requirements:
Ability to grasp complex concepts related to commercial insurance. Broad coverage proficiency in general liability, commercial auto, large property, and workers compensation.
Ability to obtain State insurance license.

Proficient with computer skills
Ability to travel with valid drivers license
Bachelors Degree preferred
