Role and Responsibilities

PrideStaff is seeking a Customer Service individual with strong communication skills who is comfortable working in a team-oriented environment for a mid-size research center. For this position, part-time first and second shifts are available at a maximum of 24 hours weekly. The shift varies from Monday through Thursday as follows: 9 am-1pm, 10 am-2pm, 1 pm-5pm, 5pm- 9pm. Key hours for this position are 4 pm through 8 pm and candidate must be available at least 2 evenings per week during those hours. Hourly wages are commensurate with experience, with many opportunities for additional training and advancement.

Job Description:

· Conduct outbound 10-20 minute telephone interviews using a pre-determined set of questions

· Depending on the project, may need to network to the appropriate person to complete the interview

· Accurately document the results of the telephone interview using computerized interviewing software

· Report to the Interviewing Department Manager

· No telemarketing or selling involved

Qualifications:

· Strong interpersonal skills, pleasant phone voice, articulate

· Detail-oriented

· Excellent listening and recall skills

· Computer and typing accuracy

· Ability to work independently, yet function as a team member

· Must be able to pass drug screening and background checks

Preferred Skills

Telephone-based work experience is helpful, but not required.
