Position Summary:

The incumbent is responsible for the setup, maintenance, and management of all aspects of the supplier and customer agreement system to ensure accuracy and profitability of the company. This employee will be involved in other specific profit management functions as needed.

This Sysco Seattle position is located in Kent, WA .

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday (8am - 5pm).

Responsibilities:

To accurately input and maintain all agreements including vendor (deviated and marketing) and customer agreements. To assist Merchandising in solicitation of pricing contract renewals. To maintain a filing system for all supporting documents and bill backs. To coordinate and assist associates to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner. To assist contract compliance coordinators and auditors with resolution of pricing issues. Assist Vendor Receivables with research and billing issues. Conducting miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :

Must have high school degree or GED. College level course work preferred Minimum of two years experience in food service industry preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :

Must have basic accounting knowledge and understand accounting principals Must be proficient in keyboard, office machines and software skills such as Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Access and Business Objects. Excellent organizational and communications skills required.
