Our program prepares future leaders for success by combining their natural love for people with business management. Our program takes a commitment of 1-3 months to complete depending on the skills and abilities of the leader and will prepare you to fill the role as a Team Leader. This position is available full or part time allowing a leader to complete school during the development program. As a leader progresses additional commitments may be required. Each leader’s development pace is unique, and we seek to provide space for growth and development regardless when the leader begins working with us.

While you are developing in this role you will learn leadership of front counter, drive-thru, catering, and/or food production operations. Ensuring that all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service. This should include a pleasant greeting, accurately taking of orders, delivering the food in a timely manner, and sending the guest away with a warm salutation. Team Leader Candidates will learn to ensure that the store as a whole is ready to serve the next guest by ensuring that the store is clean, stocked, and organized. They will be tasked with ensuring we are meeting the requirements necessary to create remarkable experiences. Candidates will be expected to set  help set the standard for signature service and therefore must lead by example. Furthermore, strong communication and coaching skills are imperative for success in this role. To do this, Team Leader Candidates need to actively show a passion for service and for the Chick-fil-A brand. A cheerful attitude accompanied with a desire to get things done makes a great example for all members of your team.

Minimum Qualifications:

Specific Experience:

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Required: Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Required: Experience as a leader in the customer service industry

Preferred Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a college degree or recent college graduate, preferably in a business field of study
• Experience as a leader in food service operations
• Availability to work day or evenings and Saturdays
• Part time or full time
• Years of Experience: 1 Chick-fil-A Experience
