Summary

Talent Acquisition Training Administrator

We are seeking an outstanding, professional trainer to develop and lead the training and development plan for our Talent Acquisition team. As the TA Training Administrator, you will create a learning and development program that will result in a high-performing recruiting team. This training administrator will ensure that there is a learning-based orientation program for new recruiters, ongoing training, and skill development for current associates. As a key individual contributor of the Talent acquisition management team, you will be accountable for program measurable outcomes focused toward meeting and exceeding operational and recruitment goals. This role is seeking exceptional execution of group facilitation, presentation, training and coaching skills. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a blended training program to drive the successful on boarding of the talent acquisition team.
  • Develop and implement ongoing training designed to enhance productivity, improve accuracy, and facilitate cross-functional teamwork within the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Maintain SME status within talent acquisition and iCIMS applicant tracking system.
  • Drive and support ongoing changes/releases to the iCIMS applicant tracking system (and other technology based tools) through updating training and coaching materials
  • Establish a post training follow-up process toward continually improvement through coaching toward career growth in alignment with individual development plans.


Qualifications:
  • Associates Degreeor equivalent experience.
  • Field of Study/Area of Experience: Business, Human Resources or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in full cycle corporate, high volume, retail and/or sales recruiting experience including experience in training, coaching, and/or leadership role.
