Manpower is currently seeking a Part Time Office/Executive Assistant in Albany, NY. This is a temp to hire opportunity with a reputable organization. Working hours are M-F 10am-2pm with some flexibility; pay is $14.00-$16.00 per hour. Responsibilities include: -Scheduling appointments -Preparing webinar/presentation notes -Booking conference rooms -Traveling with company president to presentations/webinars -Ensuring company president is prepared for all presentations -Additional responsibilities as assigned Requirements: -At least 2 years of experience supporting executives in a professional office environment -Proficiency with QuickBooks -Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail -Ability to multitask under strict deadlines Interested in this opportunity?
