Our cooks are skilled individuals who work diligently to assure that our guests dining experience is not only satisfying but memorable. We are seeking energetic cooks on all levels who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and that can bring a positive energy to the kitchen while ensuring all department policies and standards are met.
Positions & Qualifications
All cooking positions require previous culinary background with experience in grilling, broiling, sauteing, and steaming, good communication skills and exceptional guest service. Additional requirements for each position include:
Line Cooks & Banquet/Buffet Cooks:
Two years cooking experience for a dinner house
Fry Cooks:
Two years cooking experience in line, prep or pantry cooking
Employee Dining Cook:
Two years cooking experience in a large volumes
Prep Cook:
Basic culinary knowledge
Physical Requirements
* Good manual and finger dexterity
* Ability to stand for longer than 8 hours
* Ability to lift 40 pounds
* Mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis
* Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment
