Job Description:
* Answers multi-line phones, which can be very busy at times, and routes calls to the proper person.
* Distributes scheduled customer sales orders each day and maintains open and shipped sales order files.
* Handles both incoming and outgoing mail and faxes. This includes sorting and distributing mail and faxes to the appropriate individuals and dealing with large mail outs.
* Maintains paper supply in all office copiers and fax machines as well as overseeing repairs to this equipment with outside vendor.
* Processes sample requests.
* Inventories and maintains office supplies.
* Processes customer credit applications.
* Reports to the Controller.
* Other clerical duties as assigned.
