* Previous employment in the Veterinary Industry (ie technician, receptionist)
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong telephone etiquette
* Ability to multi-task and maintain focus, with strong attention to detail
* Flexibility and ability to adjust to and succeed in a rapidly changing environment
* Experience working in a Windows based computer environment (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
* Experience with data entry
