GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Able to manage a high volume of calls
* Handle patient inquiries both telephonically and by email
* Schedule appointments
* Route patient complaints to appropriate persons
* Handle challenging patient calls
* Effective communicate with clinical team, doctors, etc.
* Proficient in conflict resolution
* Provide patients with service information
* Enter new patient information into system
* Update existing patient information
* Process cancellations
* Identify and escalate priority issues
* Route calls to appropriate resource
* Follow up patient calls where necessary
* Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
* Complete call logs
* Produce call reports
* Other duties as necessary
