Requirements
- Candidate must exhibit high levels of energy and enthusiasm for the position.
- He/she must have three years of experience in a high volume trendy and modern lounge in New York City, preferably in a rooftop lounge environment.
- Good communication and hospitality skills are required.
- The ideal candidate will be skilled in bar set-up and preparation of drink mixes and garnishes as well as in correct mixology techniques and knowledgeable of liquor types as well as the current popular cocktails.
- The candidate will also have knowledge of grape varieties and wine vineyards and proper service as well as being skilled in the use of point of sale computer systems.
