Shared Services Transactions Business Manager - Multiple Locations - Full-time / Part-time

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate strategic planning, capital planning and oversight for Transactions. Work in partnership with Shared Services Transactions leadership team to identify operational gaps, address weaknesses and develop strategic improvements to promote efficiencies. Supports development of the strategic plan, long range plan and annual business plans
Track progress against business plan, identify any deviations and suggest plans to remediate; provide reports and analysis as required
Coordinate and take accountability for strategic presentations to upper management and external constituents, be responsible for working cross-functionally determining appropriate content, messaging and presentation. Prepares and coordinates resources and materials for critical meetings
Manage and track requisition approval and recruiting processes. Partner with business, finance and human capital to facilitate and track
Responsible for Operational Risk Management including controls, audits and business continuity planning
Creates and implements internal communication structure to improve overall communications across organization
User entitlement management and audit

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
10+ years of experience managing business initiatives and large scale projects
5+ years of organizational leadership experience within a large complex matrixed environment
Demonstrated business acumen in financial analysis, reporting and forecasting and solid understanding of operations
5+ years of hands-on leadership experience (track record of being a strong leader and motivator with the ability to mentor talent within the organization; able to provide work direction; able to attract and retain top talent)
Prior experience developing strategic presentations to upper management and external constituents (to include preparing and coordinating resources and materials for critical meetings)
Proven ability to build relationships cross-functionally and lead toward common goals
Strong analytical skills; has hands-on experience; ability to quickly aggregate and analyze information and draw conclusions
Expert at strategic conceptualization both at a local level and enterprise level
Proven capability to influence and lead
Experience in a fast-paced, large cross-matrixed environment
Strong verbal and communication skills with all levels in an organization
Advanced skills in MS Powerpoint and MS Excel
Preferred Qualifications:

MBA
Healthcare industry experience
Operations experience
