The Quality Inn & Suites | Conference Center in Wilkes-Barre formerly the Holiday Inn was renovated and opened in 2009. Since then we've held our own against a growing market. We're a busy hotel, and a leader in the hotel market in Wilkes-Barre. We need some team players that are ready to hit the ground running to help us with the day-to-day operations of the hotel. The job will be fast and furious and full of new adventures as you help us cultivate an environment our guests will love! You'll work closely with people from all over the world. If you are a reliable and consistent individual who loves to help people and has a positive personality--This job may be for you! You'll have to exceed our guests' expectations and have some customer service experience. We hire for attitude and train for ability. The right person should have cash and credit handling experience, basic customer service knowledge.  Experience is a plus, but not required.  The position is full time.
