CLAIMS SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is currently seeking a Claims Service Representative to fill a vacant position with one of our prominent clients located in the East of Louisville.

As a Claims Service Representative this individual will be responsible for setting up new claims, issuing payments, and providing support to adjusters and nurses. Provide customer service for client, providers and claimants. Certain duties may vary depending on the client the CSR is handling. Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service and telephone skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills; written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize and organize tasks.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment under general supervisor direction to complete all assignments.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Previous office experience (2 years), workers' compensation preferred.
• Knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT codes
