This company is seeking a Used Oil Logistics Analyst. This role will work with cross-functional teams to drive system improvements and optimize placement and transportation of used oil for all of Safety-Kleen's operations.

Responsibilities:

* Assist in the optimization of the movement and placement of used oil within the Safety-Kleen system, coordinating activities with Fleet, Terminal Operations and Re-refineries.

* Coordinate Recycle Fuel Oil Deliveries.

* Work with Operations and Sales in generating forecasts for Used Oil collections and routing of all oil to the re-refineries or used oil terminals.

* Assist in updating the network optimization model and monitor its ongoing success.

* Assist and create metrics and management reporting.

* Coordinate and facilitate weekly/periodic meetings with re-refinery management to ensure adequate supply of used oil.

* Develop and implement system for cost effective oil movements.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree required (Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree)

* 3+ years of business analysis experience required

* 1+ years of experience interacting with customers on a regular basis required

* Experience in Data Manipulation; importing, exporting, converting, etc. required

* Ability to understand business requirements, identify new ones through analyzing the data, and develop solutions meeting these requirements required

* Intermediate Microsoft Excel Skills required

* Experience presenting to upper level management preferred

* Microsoft Access experience preferred
