Our client is seeking a Loan Closer for their Brockton, MA location.
Position Description: Temporary help will be required to perform clerical duties such as researching documents in computer for identification, packaging and shipping loan files to investors, various mortgage pre and post closing tasks.
Previous work in mortgage banking on the closing and/or post closing side, within secondary marketing department, or paralegal work relative to mortgage closings is a plus.
Qualifications:
-clerical experience
-mortgage industry experience
-any closer, or post closing experience is a plus
