Work Schedules will fall between the hours of 6:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. About 75% of the workforce will be working regular hours; 7:00 am - 3:30 pm while the remaining 25% will be working outside of those hours.
Employees must be able to fit in a highly structured environment. Breaks and lunches are scheduled and must be followed closely.
Position requires a combination of good customer service skills, understanding of benefits and problem solving skills.
Calls vary greatly; Answering general questions about benefits, coverage, paychecks and even simple things like password resets. Agents will need to be comfortable navigating the HELP TOOL in order to answer questions regarding customers plans because each one is different.
There will be a high volume of work and each person is expected to handle each call professionally and accurately in order to SOLVE the customers concerns. Average handle time could be 3-5 minutes but the most important thing is they take care of the customer and handle the issue with care.
Training is 12 days. The first two days are what is called core training where they go over basic terminology, computer systems and other ADP policies. Training is 98% trainer led and there is a quiz every couple of days to monitor retention of the material.
