Sales Administrator

Our client has an immediate opening for a Sales Coordinator. This is a contract to hire position.

Responsibilities for the position include:
- support to Customers (Hospital, Clinics) in need of the client product and field sales representatives through the entire sales cycle
- including customer set-up withing SAGE, order fulfillment, and field sales invoicing.
- Secondary to this, post-sale responsibilities will include distribution of basic sales reports using MS Excel and SAGE and reconciliation of product shipped on consignment.
- responsible for processing confidential and time-sensitive material, requiring critical thinking and problem-solving skills as well as a high degree of attention to detail.

Qualified candidates should have prior Sales Coordinator experience. Experience with MS Office and ERP/MRP is preferred.
