Aerotek is currently screening for skilled Customer Support candidates with a strong administrative background.
Job Description:
This Customer Service Representative will be responsible for supporting both external customers/clients/distributors as well as the internal sales team, their time will be split evenly between sales and customer support.
Responsibilities:
* Interact with Sales team and distributors on daily basis
Work with Sales team to provide quotes to customers
* Assist with Order & Inventory management for both a distributor & customer perspective
* Responsible for Inventory reconciliation
* RMA, order management standpoint
* Manage the return and return authorization process
* Data entry within ERP system, manage charge sheets
* Enter customer orders into ERP System
* Currently they are mainly paper processes driven as they are on multiple systems.
Qualifications:
* Prior Medical device industry exp.
* Advanced Excel Skills
* Prior ERP experience(SAP, Oracle Etc.)
* Prior inventory reconciliation experience.
* Data entry, manage sales individuals to push for needs of the team.
