Aerotek is hiring maintenance technicians! 5+ years of industrial/manufacturing experience is required. PLC knowledge is a plus, but not required - however, basic troubleshooting of controls will be required.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work a flexible schedule. Training will take place on 1st shift and eventually transition to the 2nd or 3rd shift. The ability to work overtime, when needed, is required.
Typical job duties will include:
-Providing emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment
-Performing scheduled maintenance
-Preparing and setting up machinery for production runs
-Working on electrical aspects of machinery (fuses and motors)
The perfect candidate will have experience working with the following in a production facility:
-PLC
-Electronics
-Hydraulics
-Robotics
-Pneumatics
-Mechanical
Experience in industrial maintenance is a MUST. Strong electrical background is preferred.
Our client manufactures cardboard products so experience working in a production environment is a plus!
