Guest Service Clerk

Customer Service Clerks provide the fastest and most pleasant customer service by actively communicating with every customer including greeting, thanking, offering choice of bag type and any other courtesy guideline. Customer Service Clerks properly bag customers’ orders to insure purchases are not damaged, and deliver purchases to customers' car. A Customer Service Clerk retrieves carts from parking lot, performs price checks, maintains sanitation standards throughout the store and performs other duties as assigned by management (i.e. blocking, stocking, etc.) QUALIFICATIONS- • Friendly, outgoing personality • Ability to work well with others • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally • Ability to stand for extended periods of time • Ability to retrieve and push in shopping carts • Ability to bend and lift to load customer orders into cars • Effective communication and customer service skills
