Our Contact Center in North Charleston is currently seeking Call Center Specialists, Reservations to handle all facets of establishing hotel reservations at any of the IHG hotels globally. This role will answer incoming calls and provide information and sell to potential guests and clients wishing to stay or make a booking at any of our properties. This exciting customer service and sales position is based in a call center environment.
Our call center is conveniently located in Festival Centre at 5101 Ashley Phosphate Road, Suite 160 in North Charleston.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service, sales, and/or hotels. We are looking for great communicators who have the ability to quickly develop rapport with our guests. We are looking for candidates with strong interpersonal and customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to quickly navigate web pages.
