About this job
As an Oilstop Service Technician your responsibilities will be to determine the vehicle's service needs, perform preventative vehicle maintenance, and create an outstanding service experience for each Guest. You will have a high level of interaction with each Guest so a clean-cut appearance, excellent people skills, and the ability to communicate professionally is a must.
At Oilstop, we provide a comprehensive training program (paid), which includes three different certifications. Each certification is accompanied by a pay increase. With hard work, dedication to the training program, and implementing Oilstop's Mission Statement, all three certification can be successfully completed within your first year of employment.
Also, each staff member may achieve additional income through personal and store bonuses.
