The successful applicant is motivated with food service and closing experience, goal oriented and seeks a future in the restaurant business. If you are a self-starter, hard worker, strong communicator and are looking to lead and to learn with an eye toward being a general manager or restaurant owner someday then this is the position for you. If you are stuck in your current position and work really hard but see no opportunity for advancement then this is the position for you.
