Description

Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist will develop and implement innovative research and sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of candidates for a wide range of specialties across Dr Pepper Snapple Group.

This position will partner closely with the Recruiting leaders to develop and execute sourcing strategies that will align to current and future talent needs & trends. Build and activate strategy to help DPSG increase distribution and sales by sourcing qualified candidates using search engines, job boards, social media, direct sourcing techniques, networking groups and referrals.

In addition to the primary responsibility, the Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Specialist will identify and implement best practices to increase the quality of hires while reducing cycle time and cost.

  • Utilizes digital tools, social media, online marketing and professional networking to identify and attract top active, passive and diverse talent.
  • Develops brand strategy including creation of content for social media platforms
  • Proactively builds candidate pipelines utilizing various sourcing channels, including external job boards, social media, internet search, database search, direct sourcing and resume mining.
  • Conducts primary research and talent market analysis to identify and analyze external market trends by the service area supported.
  • Proactively conducts research and investigate new ideas to execute innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Obtains and compiles competitor and market intelligence data from leads and candidates to enhance the overall recruiting strategy.
  • Develops and maintains accurate records including candidate/customer tracking in a sophisticated system, reports and metrics on talent acquisition initiatives while analyzing data to indicate support staffing effectiveness.
  • Develops potential recruiting sources by preparing research strategies, outreach efforts identifying and qualifying sources, including search engines involving Boolean and flip searches, and x-raying, chat rooms, message boards, organization lists, publications, home pages, college and institutes, and job fairs; building personal networks.
  • Sources candidates and coordinates entry of candidate into the application process for the Talent Acquisition Coordinators and Talent Acquisition Specialists.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in related field with 2+ years experience of identifying and implementing creative sourcing strategies OR
  • High School/GED with 4+ years experience of identifying and implementing creative sourcing strategies
  • 2+ years experience in social media mktg/social media recruiting
  • 1+ years experience in SEM/SEO
  • 2 years experience creating analysis and recommendations
  • Some travel; less than 20%
