Contracts Administrator - Full-time / Part-time

* Develop a thorough understanding and familiarity with the company's business, its people, products, markets, facilities, customers and competitors and utilizes that knowledge in working with internal and external customers
* Maintain and continually strives to improve internal client relations by building credibility and creating an atmosphere of positive teamwork and problem solving
* Ensure completeness of documentation submitted for terms and conditions review
* Examine, review, reconcile, negotiate, and revise Purchase Order terms and conditions of sale for service and equipment orders
* Obtain signatures and approvals on Purchase Orders and agreements in accordance with company policy
* Ensure timely negotiation and execution of agreement terms and conditions
* Resolve terms and conditions conflicts
* Acts as liaison between internal clients, company attorneys, outside counsel and external customers as it relates to contract preparation, negotiation and administration
* Track authorizations and correspondence related to terms and conditions
* Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status
* Oversee terms and conditions revisions for compliance to business policies, procedures, and practices
* Support and train field and customer center personnel on terms and conditions processes and requirements
* Provide terms and conditions support to customer centers teams including Accounts Receivable group
* Maintain detailed and organized customer and certificate of insurance files
* Analyze and mitigate risk by requesting certificates of insurance within the limits covered by Atlas Copco's insurance broker, Marsh
* Special Projects as assigned by Management
* Perform all duties in accordance with BeaconMedaes standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer
* Work to be an example of a proactive positive role model, taking seasoned measured action deemed appropriate and required to get the job done, and to establish and maintain communications with all
