Enrollment - Password Agents - Help Line Representative - Full-time / Part-time

These individuals will be learning the responsibilities for ALL of the following roles 1) Enrollment 2) Password Reset 3) Help Line

The Enrollment Specialist primarily responsible for making outbound telephonic outreach to eligible Participants for the StayWell Health Management Disease Management Program to describe the program, answer any questions the Participant may have, confirm eligibility requirements based on established Operational guidelines, and schedule the Participant with a Disease Management Coach as appropriate. It's very important to know that this is an high volume outbound call center environment and you must feel comfortable with this type of an environment to be success with this role.

Perform telephonic outreach via a Predictive Dialer System.
* Verify Participant demographic information.
* Complete a Health History with the Participant using proprietary call guides.
* Assign Participant to preferred coaching schedule.
* Some administrative work associated with main enrollment processes previously stated.
* Other duties as assigned

Password Agent. In this role, you will be answering incoming calls and helping people who got locked out of their log ins. You will verify their account information first prior to resetting their password.

Helpline reps will be taking around 8-12 calls per hour from clients who have access to Staywells Health & Wellness programs and they will be responsible for taking calls where people will be asking questions around
1) Am I eligible to participate in the Health & Wellness program and what programs do I get access to?
2) Can you help me register for the program through the online tool
3) Why can I not figure out how to log into the website, can you walk me through this
4) Assisting with Telephonic Assessments & Health Risk assessments that the candidates have taken.
5) Have I met my incentives in the program to receive the bonus that is offered?
6) Can I schedule an appointment with a Healthcoach.

The next role that they will have the ability to grow into is called the Health Advisor role. Again they will be taking inbound calls from the clients but they will be handling more complicated questions and conversations such as
1) I see that you are doing this program very well but may need a little more help in this area, I recommend that you should try this specific program which will help you improve in the areas which you are struggling.
2) Lets review your assessments which you have taken and see if you are on track with your goals


In around 8-12 months these reps could get promoted to a Health Adviser Role...............
Once they have mastered the Health Advisor position (3-6 months) and have proven their abilities based on the quality, after call works, attendance, etc, they will have the possibility to get an increase in pay as well to $13.50
