About this job

Candidate will be responsive for providing system support to internal and external customers by phone, on line chat or email. This position is responsible for addressing complex inquiries by researching technical publications and product guides. Must possess an understanding of MIS and skills including application architecture and operations, client server technology, SQL scripting, databases; write OR troubleshoot complex scripts. Understanding of Citrix, and a knowledge/understanding of troubleshooting Windows app permission keys.

- Support customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat
- Identify/Document customer inquiries
- Generate reports for management
- Internal product testing/review

-Responsible for scanning

-Responsible for sharing files
