Our customer service associates are responsible for delivering an amazing customer experience, You must have an outgoing personality and be able to handle high customer traffic during peak times. In this position, you will answer phone calls, handle bookings, complete sales transactions, provide in-depth instructions to our guests, and ensure our guests have the best possible experience every time they visit. Since we are in the entertainment business, most weekends are a must but we provide a lot of flexibility for requests off if you have a vacation planned, a beach day, classes or important events.
