Job Description
Provide prompt, efficient and exceptional service to customers in order to ensure an excellent experience at AG Boutique. Captures client information. Processes all transactions promptly and efficiently. Actively supports the mission of the company, which is “To Celebrate Girls.”
  • Adapts quickly to the pace of the business. Resolves customer problems. Turns returns into exchanges. Ensures that shopping environment is safe for internal and external customers. Thanks the customer for shopping.
  • This would include providing sales assistance and sharing product knowledge, the prompt and accurate processing of all transactions, answering questions and directing customers, helping to resolve customer problems, and communicating merchandise and service needs to management on a timely basis.
  • Complies with POS policies and procedures as stated in the POS Manual. POS errors are kept to a minimum as outlined in the POS Error Procedure. Is responsible for opening and closing registers and processing customer transactions.
  • All of these tasks must be consistently performed in a friendly manner and with a smile. Treats customer as No.1 priority and assist all customers within 30 seconds.
  • Offers appropriate suggestions to customers to create multiple sales. Initiate movement and assistance throughout entire department. Works to create friendly, cooperative relationships. Communicates respectfully. Demonstrates flexibility in managing change.


Experience, Education & Skills
A minimum of 6 months-1 years of experience in specialty retail or service industry. A strong customer service background
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and willingness to deliver outstanding service at all times
  • Must enjoy children and possess a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Good verbal and written communication skills required.
