As a Program Records Coordinator (PRC) with MA MENTOR you'll be one of those special people.

We are seeking a Program Records Coordinator to work with our Worcester In Home Therapy (IHT) team. IHT is part of our Behavioral Health and community based programs which involves working with youth and families. In this position, the PRC will compile, verify, type and file client records and information. The PRC will also utilize the medical records system to enter and retrieve client data. This individual will respond to requests for medical records and perform other assigned administrative duties.

Qualifications
  • Must be able to work full time during the traditional business day
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of general office experience with experience in medical records preferred
