About this job

The General Manager serves as the head coach of the Dashed driver team in their market; he/she is responsible for building, developing, & mentoring, the team to a winning season. His/her ability to recruit individuals who will represent the company with professionalism, embody a passion for excellent service, and have a friendly, positive approach to serving customers, is critical. Once new drivers are hired, the GM is responsible for creating a positive & rewarding culture for the team.

The General Manager will oversee the rapid expansion of our driving team in DC & Baltimore. With the expansion of the staff, the Coach will oversee & ensure that the Dashed quality standards, and a professional and friendly attitude to customers, remain in place. This is a critical component to the position's success.

The GM is not just the Hirer; they are the person who is ultimately responsible for the team's morale, satisfaction, appearance, and retention. A happy team directly affects customers in every interaction, hundreds of time each night. Overall driver satisfaction, morale, and happiness are key performance indicators of the GM.

The GM will lead by example to instill the core Dashed values of speed & service in all team members.
