MOD - General Manager

You will be providing the greatest MOD experience to all guests by delivering a memorable service and amazing food. You will also have an important role of perfecting the art of a custom made, fast cooked pizza all while being a part of a fun and people focused culture. So the question is, Are you MOD? Your areas of responsibility are as follows, but are not limited to:

• Assist with developing and executing strategy to continuously improve and meet store operational and organizational objectives
• Motivate and train team members toward higher efficiency and skill levels
• Execute scheduling and operational directives to meet the needs of the business while maintaining financial responsibility
• Manages with integrity and respect that promote the culture, core-mission, and values of MOD
• Provide direction to team members on coaching and counseling
• Sustain an organized, clean, and safe work environment
• Ensures adherence to applicable wage and hour laws
