Associate Bootfitter’s are responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per company standards, generating sales, merchandising, and safeguarding company assets.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Responsible for assisting guest(s) with boot selection, proper fit, stance, balancing, alignment and custom foot beds.
• Describes and promotes products in line with customers’ expressed needs.
• Places guests in properly fitting demo equipment.
• Conducts inventory of demo equipment. Provides a world-class guest experience.
• Serve customers by developing a rapport, building customer confidence, providing accurate information, and promoting product through point of sale.
• Properly identify customer riding ability, have general understanding of basic foot identification and measurements (length, width, overall shape, size, etc.).
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and inventory to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with customers, teach as well as listen on all levels.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail sales experience - required
• Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
• Previous snow sport industry experience - preferred
• Ability to communicate fluently with co-workers and guests in accurate spoken and written English - required
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends - required
