Responsible for effectively managing all in-store merchandising and sales programs for the Under Armour brand to achieve sales goals in Apparel, Footwear and Equipment. This includes maintaining DICK'S Sporting Goods and Under Armour merchandising and customer services standards, generating sales and safe guarding company assets according to DICK'S Sporting Goods' policies and procedures.
Duties:Ensure Under Armour product is on the sales floor at proper inventory levels and maintained to daily standards Execute Under Armour merchandising to direction, placement and flow; utilize sell thru reports and key item data to maximize opportunities Implement seasonal initiative plans - brand initiative and driver elements Provide a high level of customer service within Under Armour merchandise areas, the location of which within the store to be based on season, launch and/or event
Skills:Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and understandable manner Prior success in establishing goals and achieving results Ability to provide excellent customer service with a commitment to retail
Experience: 2-4 years of related experience preferred.
