You:

You are committed to overseeing that the overall store condition complies with company standards. You have a knack for maximizing store profitability and analyzing financial data. As Assistant General Manager you will:
  • Report to the General Manager
  • Build strong, sales-focused teams through delegation, coaching, and recruitment
  • Analyze financial data, including profit and loss statements and cashier analysis
  • Hold ongoing team meetings and provide necessary performance-based feedback
  • Create action plans to reach desired store objectives


To do this job well, you’ll need:
  • A High School diploma or GED (two-year degree or beyond is strongly preferred)
  • Required to have at least 3 years in retail management with a total of 5-7 years of work experience.
  • Both food and retail experience preferred.
  • Must have P&L experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Management skills and an approachable persona to keep your team members humming
  • Availability to work irregular hours, attend job-related meetings, and perform other duties as assigned
