MENTOR is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst that provides support to and audits all areas of the Accounts Receivable operations to discover inefficiencies and recommend improvements to the business model. The areas of audit include application of accounting practices.

Essential Job Functions

  • Create reports to support the collection function
  • Analyze reports created to support the collection function and make recommendations for areas of focus
  • Billing system monthly close execution
  • Analyze consolidated by state revenue report compared to budget and provide feedback to operating group business partners
  • Create and analyze KPI’s and provide feedback to management
  • Execute monthly internal control audits, provide feedback of findings and suggest changes to enhance the controls

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Management or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience
