Dispatcher

AEROTEK is searching to hire a Dispatcher for a client company specializing in the corporate alarm services industry.

Job Description:

Placing outbound phone calls to technicians.

Make sure they are on time and on schedule.

Go through checklist of what they are supposed to have with them.

Dispatcher Duties Include:

Assign service work orders to most applicable subcontractor based on:
o Expertise/skillset
o Proximity to site
o Contract rate
Schedule service work orders
o Receive schedule dates from assigned subcontractor for each work order
o Provide schedule dates to requesting customer agents via email and/or phone
Update service work orders
o Sometimes work orders do not complete as expected. In these cases:
Ensure parts get ordered accordingly
Ensure proper customer monetary approval is obtained
*Provide higher level communications to corporate customer contacts
o Gather updates on work performed from subcontractors for service work orders when needed
Supervise subcontractors within Regional Area
o Ensure subcontractors are meeting/exceeding Vector Security contractual expectations
o Recommend utilization levels of subcontractors that perform above expectation or below expectation
o Build relationships and rapport with subcontractors to maintain good working relationships and expectations

Scheduler Traits Include:
Communication (written & verbal)
High Volume Processing
Multitasking
Ability to handle stressful work flow
