Summary/Objective

At Liquiteria, we enjoy coming to work every day and we think you will too. Our work environment is team-oriented, fast paced and fun. We encourage ALL of our Liquiteria Team Members to grow with the company, to become part of our success story. We start our Team Members at a minimum of $10.00 an hour. You are important to us and our commitment to a higher starting wage is just one of the ways in which we show it. We support our Team Members by providing an ongoing training program to develop and promote from our hourly Team levels.

Team Members get to learn about and work in a variety of areas: cashier, smoothie tech, food prep and receiving. Team responsibilities require them to be on their feet working while clocked in, unless on break. If they are not busy, they are expected to take on tasks they see that need to get done, and pitch in to help their teammates.

The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to the following.

Essential Functions
The ideal candidate will:

* Have the ability to develop positive working relationships with all store employees and work as part of a team by helping others as needed or requested?
* Have the ability to speak clearly, without the use of slang and listen attentively to customers and co-workers
* Have the ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times
* The ability to follow directions from a supervisor
* The ability to understand and follow posted work rules and procedures
* The ability to receive constructive criticism in a professional manner
* To perform all work related tasks as assigned by your supervisor
* Be able to exhibit a cheerful and helpful attitude, smile and provide exceptional customer service?
* Be able to adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency?
* Have the ability to demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu?
* Have the ability to move freely in and around obstacles common in the stores. This individual must be able to move in and around crowded work areas
* Be able to follow instructions for recipes and sanitation guidelines?
* Have the ability to be cross-trained ?
* Have the ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location?
* The ability to report to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and to fulfill the job requirements for the duration of the shift or until relieved of all duties by a direct supervisor
