Assistant Manager - Full-time

We have a full-time opening for a Assistant Manager.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

• Must have 2 or more years restaurant management experience.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Background check required.

Wage: $12 to $15 an hour including tips

We are looking for leaders with big personalities and lots of potential to help us grow. The Assistant Manager takes an active role in the total management of a Jersey Mike's store. In conjunction with the General Manager they share responsibility for:

• Store sales
• Quality of service
• Store Maintenance
• Customer satisfaction

Assistant Managers compensation is based on experience, performance and tenure but our Assistant Manager on average make between $12 to $15 an hour including tips.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

• Two Years Restaurant Supervisory Experience
• Four Year Food Service Experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Leadership, dependability, maturity
• Reliable Transportation + Must be able to work some nights and weekends
• Professional Appearance
