The financial analyst performs various financial analysis for internal departments. This position provides financial reporting to management to ensure revenues and expenses are monitored and operational issues are highlighted and addressed.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Works with internal customers to establish financial targets and KPIs.

2. Prepares monthly financial analysis and reports; generates monthly forecasts for all divisions.

3. Develops, coordinates and prepares reporting to demonstrate performance risk and opportunity.

4. Assists sales management in generating reports for the purpose of acquiring new business and initiatives; calculates customer pricing and profitability.

5. Conducts pricing analysis for new and existing customers prior to contract signing or renewal.

6. Develops and prepares productivity and efficiency analysis for distribution centers and sales & marketing functions.

7. Various ad-hoc analysis projects including ROI analysis

8. Maintain product revenue analysis and reporting

9. Creates presentations for executives on all aspects of financial performance

10. Performs related duties as assigned.

11. Generates ad hoc analysis reports as needed.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

1. 2-5 years of corporate financial analysis (financial modeling, cash flow reporting, forecasting, balance sheet analysis, etc)

2. Excited to learn and grow within an organization, taking strong initiative

3. Comfort in a fast-paced environment and the ability to communicate with all levels comfortably & professionally.

4. System knowledge: Excel- intermediate to advanced, PowerPoint, knowledge & experience with a large ERP system would be helpful. Desire to learn new systems and efficiencies.

5. Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting IND1
