CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a customer that is looking to direct-hire 65 Inbound Customer Service Reps with at least 6 months customer service, call center, or high-end retail experience. Chosen Customer Service Reps will take inbound calls regarding Medicare Prescription Drug Programs. Immediate interviews available directly with our client.
CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for the following position: Call Center / Customer Service Rep
Location: Dallas, TX
Pay: $9-$10/hour
Schedule: must be flexible to work any 8 hour shift between 6:45am - 10pm any day of the week including Sunday. Ability to train 6am-2:30pm and/or 3pm-11:30pm
Requirements:
* 6 months or more customer service experience ideal. This includes high-end retail, call-center a plus.
* 25 WPM
* Computer literate. Must be able to navigate through multiple screens
* Clear communicator/compassionate and caring!
* Good tenure and reliable transportation
* Ability to work between 6:45 am- 10pm including weekends and/or holidays!
* Must be able to train 6am-2:30 and/or 3pm-11:30m
* Desire working in a busy call center environment
Client Process Includes:
* Drug testing required
* Background check performed
* Typing and Computer Literacy Test
* Quick role-play to confirm compassionate and caring nature may be included!
