DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SERVICES
 
Job Description
 
The DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SERVICES is expected to perform a variety of duties in the area of client services.  The DIRECTOR OF CLIENT SERVICES will answer telephone inquiries, perform Care Consultations and Quality Assurance visits, and manager cases.
 
Primary:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with all clients through care consultations, quality assurance visits, phone calls and case management
  • Monitor, mediate and log both client and CAREGiver activity, and follow up on CAREGiver assignments and client service
  • Maintain relationship with client’s family members as needed
  • Develop and maintain a relationship with professionals in the community 
  • Counsel CAREGivers on quality concerns
  • Conduct client/CAREGiver introductions as scheduled
  • Enter and maintain accurate client and CAREGivers records in computer
  • Work with an a team of professionals
 
Secondary:
  • Update computer data base with emails of families, clients and referral sources
  • Email monthly HISC newsletter
 
MSW required, preferably with eldercare experience.
Position is PT – 20 -25 hours/week.  Schedule divided amongst 4 weekdays.
Compensation $30/hour + Bonus
