A Right at Home caregiver is an individual who provides a variety of assistance to our clients that may include companionship, homemaking, and/or personal care.

We are seeking the compassionate individual who may have life experience caring for loved one and/or the mature individual looking for a career change. If this is you or if you are a personal care assistant, a home health aide, or a certified nurse's aide- please we want to hear from you.

We are actively building a professional care team of full-time, part-time, and live-in caregivers who can provide services to our constantly growing client base. We are currently searching for qualified candidates interested in short shifts. We are hiring throughout the following areas: Milford, Holliston, Bellingham, Franklin, Mendon, Hopkinton, Grafton, Millis, Medway, Uxbridge & Upton areas.

Qualifications

• Life experience and/or certifications for PCA, HHA and CNA.
• Ability to speak, write, read and understand English as needed for the job.
• Possess a valid driver's license, an insured automobile and a clean driving record.
• Access to email and a working cell phone is required.
• Pass an extensive background check process.
• Right at Home participates in E-Verify. Employment eligibility is verified with the US Government

Why Right at Home

• We pay $11.00 - $14.00 based upon your caregiving experience
• We pay Mileage Reimbursement at .40 per mile
• We pay Travel Time Reimbursement at $9.00 per hour
• We pay OVERTIME as needed
• We pay YOU EACH WEEK ON FRIDAY
