CAREGivers, In Home Care, Weekends/Evenings/Days - Part-time

Home Instead Senior Care in Granville, Ohio, and Zanesville, Ohio is looking for reliable CAREGivers throughout Licking and Muskingum counties to help us continue to enhance the lives of aging adults in our communities.  We provide a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

We are looking for CAREGivers to work flexible hours on Saturdays, Sundays, and  weekdays throughout the Newark, Heath, Granville, Johnstown, Buckeye Lake, and Pataskala areas of Licking county and Zanesville area in Muskingum county..  Reliable CAREGivers with a proven record of dependability can apply on line at www.homeinstead.com/550 or call our office.  Enjoy competitive pay and a supportive work environment. 
Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Assistance with grooming and bathing
• Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
• Assistance with errands and transportation
• Alzheimer’s Care

*No previous experience necessary - skills training provided by Home Instead Senior Care*

Requirements to be a CAREGiver:

• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance
• High School Graduate or GED
• 21 years of age or older
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
