Our General Managers manage the operations and profitability of assigned hotels and report directly to senior officers of the organization; develop relationships with owners and work closely with Brand representatives to ensure all hotels comply within brand standards; promote excellent guest satisfaction; direct, recruit and develop hotel team; and proactively create & implement strategies to enhance the profitability and revenue generation of the hotel. Detailed knowledge of all hotel operations, sales & marketing, and finance is essential for success in conjunction with extensive hotel leadership and managerial skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of experience as GM in full service, branded hotels.
* Minimum 2 years hotel sales experience.
* Negotiation/ interpretation of contracts skills.
* Strong business communication skills.
* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
* Present a professional appearance and confident attitude.
* Ability to manage and lead each department independently.
* Ability to manage according to employment and innkeeper laws of the jurisdiction.
* Ability to interpret financial and operational data into operational plan.
* Willing to relocate.
