POSITION TITLE: Representative - Club
POSITION PURPOSE:
Provide passenger assistance and related customer services in the US Airways Club. Includes, issuing boarding passes, providing flight information, and making future reservations. Promote and process membership sales.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist passengers with boarding passes, reservations and seat assignments
- Provide current flight information
- Maintain club integrity by verifying membership
- Maintain high degree of professionalism and cleanliness in the club
- Provide prospective members with club information and tours of the club, promoting sales
- Process membership applications and maintain membership database
- Order membership cards and flight fund bonus mileage
- Send renewal notices to members
- Maintain monthly club usage and sales reports
Qualifications
- Knowledge of shares and word processing
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism
- Highly motivated with a positive and cooperative attitude
- Ability to work varied hours
- Ability to function effectively with little supervision
- Able to type at least 25 WPM
- Detail oriented
- Effective communication skills
- People oriented, highly motivated with a positive and cooperative attitude
