Life Time Fitness is currently seeking a Regional Esthetic Trainer.
As a member of the LifeSpa team, you be responsible for providing salon & spa services in a professional atmosphere. Team members are driven to be the most technically advanced and educated beauty, health and service experts and artists, committed to positively enriching each other, our members and our guests.
Responsibilities
LifeSpa team members are responsible for living the LifeSpa Mission, Vision and Core Values, consistently increasing guest retention and service sales, as well as maintaining a minimum retail sales per guest.
Greet and service members in a friendly and professional manner
Provide individualized esthetic services and treatments that meet the clients's needs and expectations
Educate clients on LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments
Promote and sell skin care products, services, and treatments and encourage repeat business
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals and meet standard retail sales
Attend all required Educator training, as dictated by program Director
Remain current on certifications and new trends in the industry
Participate in quarterly company Educator meetings and monthly location Educator meetings
Participate in at least two public, charitable or promotional events per year
Act as a positive role model to all team members
Metor, lead, and educate LifeSpa estheticians
Partner with LifeSpa Department Head to provide clear and concise technical feedback to ensure apprentices sucessfully complete onboarding program
Conduct technical on-boarding of new team members

Three years experience as an esthetician in the LifeSpa
