Summary: To service and maintain the cleanliness of all public areas including public and associate restrooms, lobbies and executive offices in accordance with Omni Standards.
Responsibilities:
To ensure that the hotel lobbies are serviced throughout the day.
To service all men's and ladies' public restrooms in lobby areas.
Responds to guest requests.
To service the executive offices.
Services both men's and ladies' associate locker rooms.
Job Requirements
Must have a sense of urgency.
Excellent guest service skills required.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to lift 20 lbs frequently and work on feet entire shift.
Ability to communicate with guests, associates, and management.
At least 1 year of luxury hotel experience.
